Major Accountabilities

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly value and volume targets as per the company policies.
  • Working with ethics, integrity and honesty, including following the company’s policies and procedures including reporting systems as required.
  • Always upholding and enhancing the company’s image and brand value

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Agent in our company in Qatar, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the rental of residential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners or management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new properties and list them.
  • Create listings and advertisements for new and available properties.
  • Utilize various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.) to attract potential tenants and buyers.
  • Conduct property tours to showcase available units to prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Review rental applications and conduct background checks on potential clients.
  • Negotiate lease and rental rates with vendors/tenants.
  • Prepare lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined. Coordinate the signing of lease documents by both parties.
  • Ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants.
  • Provide regular reports to management on leasing, vacancies, and occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other customers.
  • Resolve conflicts that may arise between tenants and property owners or management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance leasing processes and customer service delivery.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 – 3 years with a proven track record as a leasing agent or broker in a reputed real estate company.

Education

Minimum High School

Skills, Capabilities and Languages

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of leasing and sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of working on computers, especially MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Preferred)
